Amazing view and excellent location!
Just got back from a lovely week in the apartment.
We arrived in the middle of the night and were very pleasantly surprised how nice the apartment was.
It was everything we needed and more! Amazing views from the balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and parking space with plenty of room.
The location was great - Coral Bay and Paphos are nearby, but Peyia is still nice and quiet in the evenings.
There was a lovely pool area which was very appreciated after long days in the hot Mediterranean sun.
Would definitely stay there again when in Cyprus!

Perfect!
I wanted an apartment with a balcony, sea view and an easy walk to the village. H503 is exactly that.
It has everything I needed for a relaxing week away, good pool on the complex too. I'll definitely be checking availability when considering Peyia in the future.

Peaceful and romantic retreat, ideal for independent couples who want to avoid the masses
Great views, large patio, effective aircon, satellite TV, quiet pool and a big bed. Only slight negative was the wifi that cuts out a bit but all in all, I would revisit and recommend to friends. We paid extra for late departure and found the owner helpful.
We went to Cyprus for a friend's wedding but didn't want to be anywhere near Paphos. This apartment gave us the opportunity to relax and then explore the region. If you hate the crowds then jump in a hire car and watch sunsets nearby at Oniro by the Sea (great T bone) or just past Polis at the cool Val's Place (smoothies and homemade lemonade). We left with a much more positive view of Cyprus and would return.

Was thinking of leaving a bad review for this apartment so no one else would find it!!!!!!
But cannot do that to Laura & Mark for our stay at their beautiful prized location in the heart of Peyia.
Laura could not be more helpful than she was during our booking right to the end of our stay.
We found the apartment most comfortable and would have paid just to have the terrace with a bed on it!!!!!
The mark of enjoyment of a property and all it boasts is summed up on the day you leave, if you leave a place with sadness it shows you truly enjoyed your stay, but as the words from a famous philosopher once said:
" WE'LL BE BACK"
We found the apartment had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and I can say with great affection, many bottles of prosecco were cracked open and enjoyed with that stunning view.
Even though this apartment has air con, we really appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom for those of you like me that can't get on sleeping with air con.
Overall the apartment felt spacious and unclustered with lots of light streaming in with a beautiful flow and un overlooked, affording us the privacy we loved.
We are going to be permanent residence at this wonderful apartment, it seems like we've just bought a Timeshare!!!!! LOL!!!!!

The apartment was well appointed with all facilities.
The view is stunning and the pool was superb. Initially, finding the apartment was a problem. Even though we had clear instructions from the owner, arriving at midnight meant we were lost in the narrow streets but a friendly mini market owner pointed us in the right direction. During the 7 days we were there we visited all the attractions in the area, viewpoints, wineries, boat trips, museums, and markets. All the locals were so friendly and nearly all could speak good english. The sun shone for 6 days out of 7 with the temperature in the mid 20s, and it only rained on our last day, a heavy shower, on a trip to the Troodos mountains. The roads were quiet with very few tourists at this time of year, early May, and I would certainly return to Cyprus again at this time. Overall we had a very relaxing holiday in a very well appointed apartment, warm weather and friendly locals. Highly reccommended.

“Beautiful and very private”
We've stayed here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. I wish we visited
this year but went to Kos for a change. This accommodation was modern
and well looked after. We hired a jeep on both occasions. The pool area
was always quiet and this was during the month of august, presume most
people had gone beach or exploring. We never bathed there just occasionally
went for a swim. Will definitely go again. Laura was always helpful in
ensuring we had a lovely time.

“High Quality Apartment with stunning views”
We were very pleased with this apartment. It closely matched the description.
It is extremely well equipped including two AC units which were essential
to get any sleeps it was very hot and humid whilst we were there. A car
is essential if you stay at this location. There are a few tavernas and
bars a short walk away but I think most folk would soon want a wider selection.
e.g. in Coral Bay.
There is an excellent quite well serviced beach at POTIMA Bay for those not keen on the crowds at Coral Bay. There are several nice waterfalls nearby. Adonis falls really warrants having a land rover as would a drive to the far north west cape. The island is sparsely populated in the west apart from pockets of development. You can have a beach to yourself at many places.
Top Tip is the Sea Caves Tavern with stunning views. All the meals we had were cheap, great quality and huge portions although variety was not great. Paphos is worth a visit as is the whole of the west of the island. Port Latchi is a must as are many of the small bays of the north west. I wouldn't bother with Limassol. Car hire was cheap .I used 121carhire. Driving is easy - Cyprus drives on our side of the road. Plugs are UK type.
Back to the apartment. The well equipped large balcony was a godsend especially the big umbrella. There was even a BBQ available.

“Fantastic”
Had lovely holiday staying in this lovely apartment.
Beautiful views from the balcony. Very well equipped apartment. 10 min
walk into Peyia village with some lovely eateries. Definitely need a car
if you stay here. Lovely and quiet, although if all apartments were full,
would be too busy,especially around the swimming pool.
Could not fault the apartment, thoroughly recommend.

Lovely views and ideal apartment for a couple
Apartment was clean and tidy had everything you need such as hairdryer,
iron etc.. Views were lovely apart from seeing the water tanks right to
the side of the balcony for the next apartments. If possible I would put
a small screening not too much to obstruct the view though. Swimming pool
was too far away but as your penthouse that's the price you have to pay.
A lot of empty apartments obviously not rented or lived in which was a
shame and made the area very quiet, lonely and almost isolated. Bad smell
from the drains and smell coming up from the downstairs corridors obviously
not used or cleaned very much so hence the smell. No smell in the apartment
though it was just the outside but not that bad really.
Would highly recommend this apartment and the owners were very easy to deal with. We had quick responses and rental was fast and efficient. Only niggle I would have is that I would have thought someone from the management company (which the Owners pay to look after the apartment) would have come to make sure all was well with us.
We would certainly rent this apartment again and for the money - a bargain!!

Just returned from our third stay in the quirky but interesting village of Peyia and missing the warmth and sunshine already! This was our first stay in Laura's apartment but it has to be our favorite and one that we would recommend for so many reasons. It was very clean and the facilities new so we immediately felt relaxed and chilled. The furniture in the apartment and the sun loungers were well maintained and very comfortable We particularly appreciated the large noiseless fan over the king size bed as the heat built up over the day.The balcony is not overlooked but has wonderful views of the sea and the surrounding area. We were very impressed with the owners excellent customer service and the availability of a late check out on our day of departure. It is advisable to hire a car to explore Paphos and the rest of the island. Peyia village is a short walk from the property where there are many good supermarkets and local restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Cousins and Peyia Tavern which offer very good value for money. Try The Mill for coffee, drinks or delicious cocktails! We have already booked a return stay in October 2017. Can't wait!!!!

Fantastic for couples wanting to relax!
The apartment is great and perfect for what we wanted. It is in a peaceful
area and has some great views over the sea from the balcony. The pool
was spacious and most of the time we were the only people using it (we
visited in September). The apartment is located in a nice area of Cyprus,
with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, although I
would recommend getting a hire car for visiting the beach and other restaurants.
The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for self catering,
we particularly liked having the BBQ. Well worth visiting Oniro by Sea
for a spectacular sunset! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing,
peaceful break in the Cyprus sun.

"A gorgeous apartment in a beautiful setting"
Arrived late afternoon/early evening from traveling all day to an apartment
which has everything you require throughout, including a folder explaining
restaurants, places to visit and other attractions on Cyprus.
Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views over the village of Peyia and looking out towards Paphos.
All aspects of booking the apartment were stress free, contact and transactions with the owner also fine.
Local restaurants and bars are friendly and great food, and only 10 min walk, which is good :)
Would definitely stay again and not hesitate in recommending to our friends and family.

"Great Apartment with Great Views"
We have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is very spacious
comfortable and well-equipped. The view over the coast is spectacular.
Just 10 mins walk from the bars/restaurants of Peyia and 5 min's drive
from the strip and beaches in Coral Bay.
Would recommend Savas Grill in Peyia and Levanto in Coral Bay, but all the restaurants were great.
Also go to Oniro by the Sea off the Sea Caves Road.

"Great Place"
Our second visit to this lovely apartment and it is as good as ever. Fantastic views from the veranda, not overlooked by other apartments as so many are in this region, which makes it the perfect place to chill out. The property is spotless, well maintained and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

"Fab Holiday Apartment"
We have just returned from Peyia after having a very enjoyable holiday! This apartment comes highly recommended and ticks all the boxes. The view is stunning and the privacy is a real bonus we spent many hours just relaxing with a bottle of wine enjoying the peace and wonderful views. The apartment is in a great location and the village is a 10 min walk away. We recommend the Peyia Tavern its as authentic as you will get and the meal was lovely we also liked the Grande for drinks it has a great atmosphere and the staff very friendly. We hope to return.

Great Apartments, Great Views, Great Area
Our first visit was for two weeks in September 2009 and we loved it so much that in 2010 we went for three weeks.
Guess what in 2011 we went for four weeks. The minute we had unpacked it was as though we had never been away.
Great apartment, love the views from the balcony, very relaxing holiday.
Thoroughly enjoyed our four weeks across May and June 2012. We can recommend September it's great.
We had another four weeks in May and June 2013 still finding new places to visit,
21st June 2014.
Just back from yet another four weeks at our favorite holiday destination.
If you are looking for a bit local of entertainment can we suggest the
Brewery Bar Tavern. Opposite the football stadium on the Peyia road
If you enjoy it as much as we do why not. When we text home to say we have arrived we just text " Home in Cyprus"

Did five weeks this year, well why not when you enjoy it so much. The
apartment was excellent as usual and the new king size bed was so comfortable.
Tried Gustoso near the Tomb of the Kings as you suggested for the Sunday Buffet. "What a feast". Top of our list for next time.
We did both of the walks Lighthouse and St Georges, found them very relaxing.
2016 and back again. Very hot on arrival. The fan over the bed is a great addition.
Missed out 2017 but back again September 2018
Noted the Oniro has a bigger menu, no longer just bar and bites.
The lads in the Grande. were as friendly as ever and the pork chops still fill the plate.
Nice new tea room, Peggy's Garden Cafe and Deli, opened since we were last there opposite the Jail Tavern, great cakes
