BEDROOM:

The marble floor bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wall mirror, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. It benefits from air conditioning a large fan over the bed and large patio doors onto the terrace/balcony.

BATHROOM:

The en suite bathroom is fully tiled with full sized bath, shower, sink, WC and mirror.

KITCHEN:

The open plan kitchen has a marble floor, granite worktops, quality fridge/freezer, oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. Plus all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

LOUNGE:

The air conditioned open plan lounge has a marble floor, comfortable double sofa and matching armchair, Satellite TV with English speaking channels and a DVD player, glass top dining table and four chairs, wall mirror, side tables, lamp stand, wall pictures and large patios doors leading to the terrace/balcony.

TERRACE/BALCONY:

The large terrace/balcony has an unusual degree of privacy in that it is not overlooked from above or from the side. It benefits from a sunny aspect providing stunning unobstructed views of the sea, coastline, mountains and beautiful surrounding area. A table, four chairs, sun loungers and parasol are all provided for your total relaxation, alfresco dining and sunbathing. Patio doors lead onto the balcony/terrace from both the bedroom and lounge.

Towels including pool towels and bedding are provided. A cot and highchair can be provided at additional cost. Please enquire.

We have provided a selection of books, CD’s and DVD’s for your enjoyment. You will also find a folder containing information on local activities and attractions, recommended restaurants and maps of the area etc.

Our English management will always be on hand should you encounter any unexpected problems with the apartment.
